Engine Trackcore of 58 Nith Street,Glascote,B77 2QX,United Kingdom is the data controller for personal information gathered through this site and at the studio. Contact hello@engine-trackcore.world or 07935742659.

What we collect

From the brief form: name, email, chosen offer, optional preferred date, and the message you write (crew, setting, issue number). From sittings and post: addresses you give us for returning proofs, telephone if you call, and ledger notes about edition numbers you show us. We do not ask for wallet seed phrases, passwords, or payment-card numbers through the website.

Why we hold it

We use this information to answer briefs, book sittings, mint and hand over the agreed NFT comic edition, post reservation cards, compile dossiers, and keep accounts. The legal bases are contract (when you instruct us) and legitimate interests (studio records, provenance cards, and answering a message you sent). Where we rely on consent for optional analytics cookies, you may withdraw that consent; see the cookies page.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become instructions are kept for 18 months. Commission files, edition ledgers, and provenance notes are kept for seven years after the final invoice, because collectors and estates return with questions. Sitting notes are kept for three years unless you ask us to destroy them sooner and no legal duty requires a copy.

Who else sees it

A local press may see your name on a colophon if you commission a folio. A courier sees the address you gave for return post. We do not sell collector lists. If a host or email provider outside the United Kingdom processes mail, we rely on their published transfer safeguards and will tell you if a dossier must travel with a paper proof to a country you name.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your information, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. If you ask us to erase a ledger line that identifies an NFT edition we minted for you, we will explain what we must keep to show the edition was genuine.

Children

We do not take commission briefs for readers under 18 and we do not knowingly store their details.
