These terms govern use of engine-trackcore.world and studio work booked with Engine Trackcore of 58 Nith Street,Glascote,B77 2QX,United Kingdom. By sending a brief, paying a deposit, or attending a sitting you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not instruct us.

Who we are

Engine Trackcore is an independent drawing and collecting studio. We write, ink, and mint original cosmic-issue NFT comics in the Guardians of the Galaxy tradition and offer sittings, reservations, dossiers, and companion folios. We are not Marvel, Marvel Comics, or Marvel Studios, and we do not sell official house titles through this site.

The website

Pages describe studio offers for information. Rates are guidance, not a live till. Images are studio or licensed photography used as colour and setting reference; they are not panels from published Marvel interiors.

Instructing the studio

A commission begins when we accept a brief in writing and receive the deposit named in that writing. Sittings begin when you arrive (or join a agreed remote sitting) at the booked time. Reservations begin when we post the reservation card. Dossiers begin when we confirm intake of your records or paper proof.

Original work and third-party names

Commissioned plots, pencils, inks, lettering, and cover treatments remain copyright of Engine Trackcore until the final invoice is paid, then the agreed NFT edition and any named folio are licensed to you for private holding, reading, and display. We do not transfer the right to reprint interiors as a new edition, to mint extra numbers, or to present the issue as an official Marvel comic. Character names associated with Guardians of the Galaxy remain with their owners. Our original pages are original pages.

Your materials

If you send a paper proof, wallet printout, or reference object, you confirm you may send it. We take ordinary studio care. We are not a bank vault. Insured post is your choice and your cost unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Liability

We are responsible for drawing and minting with reasonable studio care, and for returning paper proofs we have accepted. We are not liable for marketplace prices after mint, for wallet loss after handover, or for colour differences between screen and press that we have already described. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our total liability for a given instruction is limited to the fees paid for that instruction.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you are resident there and the law allows it.
