Refunds

This page applies to studio work booked with Engine Trackcore: original cosmic-issue commissions, collector sittings, drop reservations, provenance dossiers, and companion print folios. We do not sell subscription access or shipped retail toys, so those models are not covered here.

How to ask

Write to hello@engine-trackcore.world or telephone 07935742659 with the invoice or reservation card number. We answer refund questions within five working days.

Sittings

Cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice and we return the sitting fee in full if it was prepaid. Cancel later, or miss the sitting without notice, and the fee is kept because the table was held. We will offer one reschedule if you write before the start time.

Reservations

The £60 reservation fee is credited if you complete purchase of the reserved number. If you release the number before mint day, we return the fee. If you miss the 72-hour purchase window after mint, the fee is a holding charge and is not returned, as stated on the reservation card.

Commissions

Before pencils start, you may cancel and receive the deposit back minus £120 for the brief sitting already given. Once pencils are underway, the deposit is not returned because those pages exist. If you cancel after inks, you pay for work completed to that date (script, pencils, inks, colour so far) and we stop. We will not mint an NFT edition you have cancelled. Finished pages remain with the studio unless the final invoice is paid.

Work already started

Partial refunds are calculated from the written quote: unstarted stages (mint, folio press) can be omitted; started stages are charged. Purchased paper, board folios, and press plates already ordered are not refundable.

Dossiers and folios

If we have not yet photographed a proof or sent files to press, you may cancel for a full refund of that offer. After photography or press, the fee stands. If a folio arrives damaged in post we arranged, we reprint that folio; we do not refund the NFT mint attached to it.

Method and timing

Refunds go back by the same method you paid, within 14 days of our written agreement. We do not send cash in the post. Deposits paid by bank transfer return by bank transfer.

If we cannot complete

If illness or press failure stops a mint after colour lock, we will finish by another date you accept or return fees for unstarted mint and folio stages. Drawn pages already approved remain yours to collect as paper once paid.
